There are some times that I get more done in a 25 minute work sprint then in weeks prior … like the last 25 minutes.
One thing I am trying to keep in mind is that I often have to go through those weeks of internal work, messing with ideas, before I am really to really sail with the skill of an expert. It is those times that magic really is happening, building up, so that when it finally comes out of me I can sit back and say:
That … That is progress. That is what I could not do before, yet now I have. That is what I could not even see before, yet there it is now.
The hard work of entrepreneurs, leaders, owners is often not in the moments when we are typing, speaking, or meeting but in the hours leading up to that moment.
