Instead of thinking of China “rising up” think of it “coming back”. China was a huge part of the world economy for much of history.
In the past 30 years china has caught up … with dramatic economic growth …
Economic power does not automatically equal world leadership.
It has major issues
– corruption
– disparity
– political system
– pollution
But, the biggest issue is based on the moral character and thus, the inability to export “the China Dream”
Many in the world love Americans because of the values of Americans (America cares for others).
China now has lots of quantity, but little influence or quality.

China needs to learn to give more.
